Then have your event catered featuring a Smoker prepared dinner

Rent a Smoker / Barbeque and a Chef

Levels service available (at the option of the host as required)


1. Locate source(s) of food and supplies

2. Purchase supplies

3. Preparation of product for menu

4. Supply and set up Smoker (including wood required)

5. Supervise or undertake cooking process

6. Make food available to servers

7. Clean up of remaining food

8. Clean up and remove smoker

Fee’s for service

Supply and remove smoker is a fixed fee depending on size of unit  and location

Other services would be negotiated as required.

(The cost of all food, supplies, services and rentals are the responsibility of the host with payment to suppliers 3 days before the event, by cash or cheque)

    My fiance and I are looking for a quote for a BBQ style meal for our wedding of around 150 guests. It will be taking place in the fall of 2019. We were just wondering if you have sample menus and some additional information.
